1.电汇
速度快，可直接汇入收款人帐户，但也是最贵的汇款方式。使用电汇前提是你必须在英国已有一个银行帐户，一般须用英文提供详细的收款人名称、帐号、地址、收款银行名称、地址等资料。
2.票汇
票汇手续费比电汇便宜，汇票由购买人自行邮寄或携带出境，也相对安全得多。到英国后，尽快选择合适的银行，开立学生帐户，汇票存入开户银行，由银行直接兑现或托收。用汇票来支付学费是个推荐的选择。票汇的方式和电汇相比，速度慢些，但可以省去一笔电讯费用。但如果汇票不是本人携带出境就需要通过邮寄，这样会产生邮寄费用和风险。
3.国际借记卡
国际借记卡通用性强，安全性高，可以免去携带现金的麻烦。刷卡时直接由存款帐户扣款，有多少钱，才能刷多少钱。现在一般的国际借记卡都有一张主卡和附属卡的功能。留学生们只需携带一张副卡，爸妈利用主卡可随时在国内银行分理处办理存款业务（存款免收手续费），而留学生们在国外ATM机取款时，只需支付少量的手续费。但是，一般银行的国际借记卡都是以美元卡为主，在美元区以外的地区的ATM机上提取当国的货币，需要支付汇兑手续费。
4.国际信用卡
在国外，信用卡发展得比较成熟，大到商场，小到便利店，都可以刷卡消费。因此对留学森来说使用国际信用卡也是个不错的选择。现在国内许多银行都开办国际信用卡业务，有多种信用额度，钱存在卡里，就可以在国外直接消费或提款。使用国际卡直接消费不收手续费，而在国外提取现金需要支付一定比例的手续费。
