选择一个容易阅读的有吸引力的简历字体。
保持你的字体大小在10到12 points之间。
页边距为一英寸。
内容选择左侧对齐，以方便浏览。
每一部分的标题大于文本的其余部分，用粗体或全部大写
请使用证件照而不是随便一张生活照

用一段话来简单介绍自己
在你的经历不算丰富的时候，Resume objective就变得格外的重要。让面试官觉得非你不可的简历，应该是非常强有力的，而且能够体现出你能带给公司的预期收益。包括以下几点：
能够展现出你的强大能力。
说明你受过的教育如何帮助你在工作中表现出色。
说明你正在申请的职位和公司。
说明如何为公司增加价值。
我们拿商科背景的学生来举个例子：
Highly-motivated (strong trait) Business Administration graduate with a 3.9 GPA (education) looking to fill a position as a Management Assistant at ABC Corp (position and company). Wishing to use strong data-analysis and management skills to help the ABC Corp with your upcoming challenges(added value).
与此同时，好每次的都是针对不同的公司来专门写。这意味着你不能随机发送你的简历。这样才更有可能拿到一个机会。

如何描述自己的教育经历
很多人觉得自己找工作的时候，没有什么相关的经历。并不是只有实习才算作你的经历，教育经历也是很重要的一部分。你可以考虑从这几方面来入手写：
Relevant coursework
Favorite fields of study
Thesis/dissertation titles
Key academic achievements
如果公司有规定GPA要达到多少（通常是3.5以上，或者是2:1 Degree or above）那一定要填上去。只要公司没有规定全部课程成绩，你可以挑选专业度与这份岗位相关的几门专业课来计算绩点。
关于教育经历的描述，我们同样来举个简单的例子：

如何描述自己的实践经历
“我没什么做过有价值的经验/实习……”很多人都会这样讲。但多数情况下，面试官不会对一个学生的工作经验有更多的期待，而是想通过你对过往经历的描述来判断，你是否有潜力能为公司带来价值。

Participation in work experience programs
Freelancing experience
Extracurricular student activities
虽然简历好是契合度越高的经历越好，但是如果你实在没有，那过去做过的一些事情也可以放在这个部份。用来表现出你是可靠的，有团队精神并且愿意自我改进的。
就像你在教育方面一样，按照时间顺序排列你的工作经历。你的经历在描述的时候应该包括以下几点：
Your job title
The name and location of the company you worked or did an internship with
The dates worked
Up to 4 bullet points describing your duties and achievements
你需要更多的使用动词来描述，“Created,” “researched,” and “produced” 就会比 “responsible for creating, researching, and producing.” 要好的多。同样举个例子：
