职位描述： 本岗位实习岗位，人员要求为大四学生，本岗位带薪,实习期满合格者可转正。
Principal Accountabilities主要职责：
1. Establish the company training database, input data into company training matrix, individual training plan and tracking form and print out the data for approval in time.
建立公司培训数据库，公司培训矩阵，个人培训计划与追踪表的及时录入，打印和批准。
2. Assist organization of training activities, collection and sorting and checking of training records.
协助培训活动的组织和相关记录的收集和整理，和检查核对。
3. Management and distribution of stationeries of the company and HR department. Coordinate issues related to employee badge and name cards.
公司和人力资源部文具的管理和发放。协调关于员工胸卡和名片的事宜。
4. Assist in recruitment related work, for example, activities during recruitment and preparation for new employee on boarding process.
协助招聘的相关工作。例如招聘过程和新员工入职准备的相关工作。
5. Responsible for handling social insurance cards for all employees.
负责全体员工社会保险卡的办理。
6. Assist in employee Hukou issues and vocational certificates assessment.
协助员工户口办理，职称评定工作。
7. Assist in purchasing of odds items and distribution of items and documents.
协助零星物品采购和物品，文件分发。
8. Statistics of employee working meals.
员工餐的统计与管理。
9. Summarizing and sorting of company attendance data.
公司考勤数据汇总和整理。
10. Assist the in organization of employee welfare activities.
协助开展员工福利活动的组织工作。
11. Other tasks assigned by superior.
其他上级交给的工作。
Job Requirements 任职要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree in English Language.
本科学历，英语专业。
2. Basic knowledge on employment laws and regulations.
要求具备对劳动法律法规初步了解。
3. High level of ethical standards and sense of responsibility..

4. Sensitive to other’s people’s feelings and to interpersonal relationship; good interpersonal skills and organization skills.
