Secondly, according to the characteristics of the high class some students literary accomplishment, to create a literary atmosphere of the class. Columns, one of the academician courtyard, every week students spontaneously to write some articles, which shall be elected by students posted in this section. 跟随着自己的第二批学生进入到初二，忽然感觉思路打开了一样，一系列的想法像是雨后春笋般地涌了出来，让自己的每一天都那样的充实而又快乐！
一个班级要想得到长久的发展，必须要有班级同学值得自豪的东西！当他们在遇到其他同学时，可以毫不犹豫的说出班级的特色与自己在班级中的幸福，抑或是自己在班级中挥洒才华的地方，我想，他们能够值得炫耀的，或许就是班级文化吧！所以开学之处，我就在着力打造初二一班的班级特色。
首先，班级的形象应该焕然一新。第一周的周末我便跟学生说出了自己的想法，学生自发的将一些花草盆景或者是养的小金鱼拿到班级中，作为大家每天都能够欣赏的景观。美丽的班级会给学生带来自豪感和责任心，借此机会我还教育他们怎样去爱护、去珍惜。在每一天里，都会发生学生与班级景观的故事，将这些故事总结起来，将给大家听，班级的凝聚力会骤然增强！学生也能够身心愉悦的投入到学习当中。
其次，针对班级部分学生文学素养高的特点，建立一个文学氛围浓厚的班级。同样也是第一周的时间，我吩咐学生将班级的墙报进行“大变脸”。栏目之一－－《翰林院》，每周学生自发写一些文章，由同学推选张贴到这个板块当中。其实，一开始我预料到这可能有一定的难度，可令我意想不到的是学生的作品不仅丰富而且有内容。如连载小说、抒情散文、科幻小说等等。当学生的作品张贴出来之时，他们有一种发自内心的自豪感！栏目之二－－《在路上－－赢在。二一》，我根据中央二的栏目《赢在中国》设计出来的，主要用来记录班级以及每个学生所取得成绩，或者是参加的活动。将每一次活动的体验与收获挂在栏目当中，来激励班级的所有同学参与的积极性。因为我从工作两年的体验中深深感受到没有斗志便没有进步。我想同学们也会踏着坚定的步伐不断进步，班级蕴含的能量也会逐步被激发出来。
