二、招聘职位
前厅部 Front Office
行李员Bellman：
职责：欢迎客人并为入店及离店客人开门，需要时安排出租车及相关事宜，确保酒店正门交通顺畅
要求：良好、积极的工作态度。具备基础的英语对话能力。乐于学习，乐于助人
总机 GSC
职责：提供电话服务并帮助完成客人要求(宾客服务)
要求：1.甜美的音色，适当的语音语调和语速。2.良好的英语能力以及沟通技巧。3.同时掌握其它外语者优先考虑。
前台GSA
职责：高效、优质、彬彬有礼、热情周到地帮助客人，回答客人电话、登记客人入住、分配房间、帮助客人結帐、离店以及满足客人它合理的要求。随时保持高标准和提供优质服务。
要求：1.具有对酒店行业以及前厅部基本知识的了解。2.良好的英语能力以及沟通技巧。3. 良好的财务知识或概念。
餐饮部Food & Beverage
餐饮服务实习生 Service Attendant Internship
职责：以友好、娴熟的专业水准为客人提供出色的餐饮服务，确保客人满意。
要求：良好的形象、个人展示能量及外向性格,具备基本的英语沟通能力。
客房部 Housekeeping
健身中心服务员Fitness Center Attendant
职责：热情接待客人和会员。熟练回答宾客有关于设施设备的问题。 协助宾客会员使用各种健身设备并提供咨询。确保整个环境的干净整齐。
要求：良好的形象、个人展示能量及外向性格,具备基本的英语沟通能力。
