Aircraft Mechanic 飞机维修机械员 (Work Location: Beijing)

Requirements

Honest, structured, integral, and enthusiastic about aircraft. Can fluently use English language, and accredited CET-4 or above. College or above academic background is preferred. Have worked in aircraft maintenance industry for minimum 2 years. 2014 graduates of aircraft engineering discipline may also apply; successful candidates will be offered Aircraft Mechanic Trainee position instead. Qualifications

Has normally completed 2 years as CX AMT and has completed recognized basic training and demonstrated sufficient ability to the EM for recommendation for promotion. Demonstrates suitable years of experience from an outside organization. Core Functions

To support the Cat A/AE/AES in performing aircraft maintenance and servicing to ensure a high level of safety, reliability, security and presentation required by customers, regulatory authorities and the company, in a cost-effective manner. Key Accountabilities

Report to Engineer and Engineering Manager. Perform aircraft maintenance when rostered to do so under guidance of the Cat A/AE/SAE. Performs maintenance and servicing of third party operator’s aircraft in accordance with the applicable SGHA. Provide a high level of customer service. Keep up to date with the aircraft systems, technology, processes and procedures. Other duties as directed by the AE/SAE or Engineering Manager. Lead and train Aircraft Mechanic trainee staff. Working environment and safety. Responsible for personal safety and aircraft safety during aircraft servicing and maintenance and ensures that general ramp safety practices are adhered to. Ensures safe working practices are applied and accidents reported. Communications

Familiar with and uses the available methods of communication such as VHF radios, Internet, Fax, Memo, GroupWise, SITA etc. Communicate well with the EM, AE/SAE’s and other CX staff. Ground Equipment, Aircraft Tooling and Facilities

Service, maintain and clean station company ground equipment and vehicles. Assist with the recalibration of aircraft tooling in accordance with company procedures. Assist with station engineering fire protection. Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of the Engineering facility. Administration

Maintain PC literacy. Assist with the operation of FMIS. Assist with the company material handling and storage. Assist with the maintenance of all station Technical Publications. Complete station logs and records. Action technical documents and enters data into Ultramain as per the company’s procedures. Application Procedure
