Customer Services Officer 客务员 (Work Location: Haikou Airport)
Job Description
Perform daily functions to ensure that the landside and airside operation run smoothly
Perform and monitor ramp operations and baggage handling
Provide excellent service to all customers in efficient and professional manner
Assist duty supervisor to monitor overall counter situation and gate operation during daily operation
Handle flight arrival and any tight connect case
Well manage the flight disruption & irregularity in an effective manner. Proactively coordinate with other carriers to ensure that passengers are well cared and assisted when need
Conduct the pre-flight briefing and ensure that handling agents deliver services and products at KA/CX’s required standard
Monitor and prepare Handling Agent performance record
Be familiar with MPO / oneworld customer benefits and provide a high standard of global services to customers of KA/CX and oneworld partner airlines
Foster excellent teamwork within KA team members and with Handling Agents colleagues
Liaise and maintain good working relations with CIQ and other parties to ensure smooth operations
Support cargo services operations
General Requirements
College degree or above
Can work independently, willing to face challenges and work under pressure.
Detail and accuracy oriented
Good team player and strong sense of responsibility
Good time management and multi-tasking ability
Strong command of spoken and written Putonghua and English. CET-6 or above is preferred.
