To understand and analyze carefully customer’s technical requirement based on their process and recipes and offer standard products and solutions. Define and understand clearly the requirement and technical challenge and cross it with our available products and provide solutions with the most practical approach. 基于客户的加工方法和配方理解并认真分析客户技术需求，为其提供标准的产品和方案。清晰的界定和了解客户的需求和技术难题，利用我们可用的产品，提供实际的解决方案。 2. To prepare samples for trials for internal tech service lab and also for customers trial. To carry out small scale lab trial with miniature or bench equipments in order to provide convincing finished product demonstrations for customers. 为内部技术服务实验室的检验和客户的检验提供样品。为提供有说服力的终产品展示进行试验。 3. To communicate closely with RDA team, to learn and gain training to understand product‘s specific characteristics and performance, how it works and then convince customer via demonstration, trials and technical discussion.
