  二、招聘需求   TNS China 2014 Management Trainee Job Descriptions   JOB DESCRIPTIONS   Working Relationships   Internal – Business unithead, research mid- senior management, research executive, supervisor or otherdepartments relevant managers and staff   External – Paraprofessionalpersonwith key accounts and regular projects coordinator   Projects Research   Conduct market, industry,and company level analysis, research and review   Support proposal and reportwriting   Grasp and understand whatis explained quickly throughout the whole project procedure   Quick learner and can thinkout of box   Make PPT charting in askillful and smart way   Provide sufficient andeffective assistance in research projects to Sr. Executive or Managers onground research work   Open to Business travel ifnecessary   Operation Coordination   Coordinate well withFLD/DP/QC on research projects   Keep informed well aboutproject status and take ownership for the project   Do simple costing as perinstruction   Client Service   Composed, professionalreact to requests and tasks in a timely manner   Communicate with internalcolleagues and external clients on projects well in both of English andMandarin   Good in filing, tracking,follow up and documentation   Others   Willing upgrade skillsetsas per job requirement   Self-motivated, proactivewhile facing new challenges   JOB REQUIREMENTS   Academic Background   Graduates or post graduatesof 2014   Outstanding academiccredentials obtained   Good command of MS-Office,including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, statistics software acquired is preferred(SPSS, SAP, SAS etc.)   Fluent in both of Mandarinand English   Social Practice   0-1 year intern experiencein market research, marketing, analysis function is preferred   Overseas exchange study orintern working experience is a plus   Organizer/ key player of schoolsocietiesand social activities is a plus   Professional Skills   Excellent logical thinking,analyzing, problems solving, independent, and insightful   Excellent expression and communicationskill   Good interpersonal skilland presentation skill   Good flexibility and ableto work under pressure   Acceptable to job rotationsamong different functions and strong mobility among cities   Withleadership potential and planned to be a future manager or leader   Basic knowledge in market,strong market orientation and sense, and strong ability in project follow up   Client oriented and goodservice attitude   Personality & Characteristics   Easy-going, out-going,passionate, detail-oriented and positive attitude   Energetic, high integrity,positive mindset, self-motivated   A team player and bewilling to work hard under high pressure and challenges   Mature and professional behavior
