Main Responsibilities:
To checking expense claims and submit toFinance.
To book meeting room and well planning theutilization of it.
To assist in applying visa as need.
To order and arrange stationery.
To manage the testing tools and fixed assets,and record equipment borrow and follow up return status.
To collect HR related forms and submit to HRinterface monthly.
To help organizing the internal and externalseminar & meeting etc..
To provide daily admin support to team.
Qualification:
University degree or equivalent within business administration
Independent self-motivated and well organized with analytical mind.
Service minded, flexible and discreet (when referring to confidentialmatters).
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Fluent English both in writing and speaking
A good working knowledge of PC use.
