招聘职位：理赔助理(主要考虑金融、经管、英语或法律专业的学生)

Responsibilities:
1.Claims Handling
- Receive claim notification and register it in system (Mainly but not limited to Marine Cargo, Liability and reinsurance inward claims )
- Review policy coverage
- Timely set up reserve in system
- Regular review of individual claim development
- Adjust reserve setting when necessary
- Adjust claim settlement independently or work with loss adjusters/surveyors
- Claims settlement process and close claims
- If necessary, assist subrogation
2.Reporting
- Report big claims to manager
- Data analysis to provide information and claim trend to other relevant department
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Excellent fresh graduate who major in Law, English or Business English will be considered.
- Strong analytical skills and negotiation skills
- Good command of written English
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
- Honest and high integrity
- Can work under pressure
主要职责：
1. 负责非车险理赔工作，包括水险、货运险、责任险、再保险等
2. 严格执行公司的理赔政策。
3. 负责授权范围内险种的理赔、核损、赔付工作。
4. 协助非车险理赔负责人进行管理工作。
5. 定期向上级汇报理赔大案件的进展情况。
6. 协助相关部门进行理赔数据分析。
职位要求：
1. 大学本科及以上学历，优先考虑英语、商务英语或法学专业的学生。
2. 优秀的应届毕业生可应聘理赔助理一职。
3. 较强的逻辑分析和沟通谈判能力。
4. 普通话，以及熟练的英语读写能力。
5. 熟悉计算机软件操作。
6. 诚实信用。
7. 能在压力下积极主动工作。
